If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can find a solution together. If we cannot agree, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). If you live outside Denmark, you can also contact the consumer authority or European Consumer Centre in your country.
