Refund policy

30-day happiness guarantee
We want you to try Bella Fuego without risk. If you are not happy with a product from your first order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the price you paid for it. You can keep the product, opened or not. There is no need to send it back.

How to use the guarantee
Email bellafuego.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Include:
- your order number
- which product you are not happy with
- a short reason (it helps us improve)
- a photo of the product you received
We reply within 2 working days and send the refund to the payment method you used.

Guarantee terms
- It applies to your first order from bellafuego.shop only, and can be used once per customer. Orders with the same name, email, delivery address or payment card count as the same customer.
- It covers one of each product per order. The Peptide Set counts as one product.
- We refund the product price you paid after discounts. Shipping costs are not refunded under the guarantee.
- It only covers products bought directly on bellafuego.shop, not from other sellers.
- Please email us before contacting your bank or PayPal. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened for the same order, the guarantee no longer applies to that order.
- We may decline a request when there are clear signs of misuse, for example repeated claims under different names or emails. If we decline, we tell you why.
- The guarantee is extra. It does not replace or limit your legal rights described below.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you choose, receive the products. This applies to customers in all countries we ship to.

How to cancel
Send an email to bellafuego.shop@gmail.com before the 14 days have passed. Include your name, order number and the products you want to return. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.

Returning the products
Email us at bellafuego.shop@gmail.com before you send anything back, and we will reply with the return address. Send the products back within 14 days after you told us you are cancelling. Parcels sent without contacting us first may not reach us.

You pay the cost of returning the products. We recommend a tracked shipping method. If you return products from outside the EU, mark the parcel as a return, so no customs fees are charged.

Opened products
For health and hygiene reasons, products that were sealed when delivered cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Unopened products in their original packaging can always be returned. Opened products from your first order are covered by the 30-day happiness guarantee above, without sending them back.

Your refund
We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have shown us that you have sent them. The refund goes to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. If a product has been used or handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by the lost value.

Damaged, faulty or wrong products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not pay any return costs. This does not affect your legal right to complain about faulty products.
