Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Our products are made in Latvia by NORD Beauty SIA. Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner from Europe or the United States, depending on your delivery address. Orders to the United States are shipped from the United States.

Where we ship to
We ship to Denmark, all other EU countries, Norway and the United States.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (or the same amount in your currency) to the United States, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden. For other countries and for smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed within 2 working days. At busy times it can take a little longer.

Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes:
United States: 2 to 5 working days.
EU: 4 to 8 working days, depending on the country.
Norway: about 5 working days.
These are estimates from our shipping partner and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Taxes, customs and import fees
EU: prices include VAT. There are no customs fees within the EU.
Norway: Norwegian VAT and a handling fee from the carrier may be charged on delivery. These are paid by the recipient.
United States: orders are shipped from within the United States, so no import duties are charged on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at bellafuego.shop@gmail.com with your order number, and photos if the parcel is damaged. We will find a solution with you.
