1. About us
This website is run by Bella Fuego, Åbogade 15, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark. Email: bellafuego.shop@gmail.com. When you buy from this website, you buy directly from Bella Fuego. These terms apply to every visit and every order.

2. Using the website
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. The information you give us when you order, such as your name, address and email, must be correct and complete.

3. Our products
Our products are cosmetics. They are manufactured in Latvia by NORD Beauty SIA and notified on the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. We do our best to show the products accurately, but colours and textures can look different on different screens. The full ingredient list for each product is shown on its product page and on the packaging.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. For customers in the EU, prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For Norway, import VAT and fees may be charged on delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and Bella Fuego is made when we send this order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we tell you by email and refund the full amount you paid.

6. Discount codes
Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, and only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end a discount campaign at any time, but a code that was valid when you placed your order will still be honoured for that order.

7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner from Europe or the United States, depending on your delivery address. Delivery times, shipping costs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The risk for the products passes to you when you, or someone you choose, receive them.

8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. Sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons. How to cancel, how to return products and how refunds work is described in our Refund Policy, which also contains a withdrawal form.

9. Faulty products and complaints
If a product is faulty or not as described, you have a legal right to complain. In the EU, this right lasts for 2 years from delivery. Please tell us as soon as possible after you discover the fault. Email us at bellafuego.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. Damaged or wrong deliveries are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Using the products safely
Always follow the directions and warnings on the packaging. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, read the ingredient list before use and test the product on a small area of skin first. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin. For external use only.

11. Our liability
We are responsible for the products we sell, as set out in these terms and in the law. We are not responsible for losses that could not be foreseen when you placed your order, or for losses caused by using a product against the directions on the packaging. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

12. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Bella Fuego or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with Bella Fuego, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sale between you and Bella Fuego.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed the order.

16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live outside Denmark, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can find a solution together. If we cannot agree, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). If you live outside Denmark, you can also contact the consumer authority or European Consumer Centre in your country.
